Hello Jim-

It has been about 2 years since we started the process of replacing the carpets in our house with the hardwood flooring and borders. My sons and I finished the 5 rooms about a year ago. Yesterday my wife and I were sitting in the living room (which we don’t do that often). I couldn’t help but feel good about the way the floor looks – it is beautiful (cherry with the scrolled inlay border and wenge feature strip). Every day when I walk down the stairs I see the living room on one side and the dining room on the other side. I’ve tackled quite a few ‘home improvement’ projects in my life, but none have given me the long lasting satisfaction that these floors have.

I’ve attached a few pix of the finished and furnished rooms that I though you would enjoy seeing.
